Newen is the reference point for authorized shop-dealer who need assistance to all e-bike equipped with BROSE driveunit and/or equipped with BMZ batteries for Italy, Spain and Portugal.

If you are a private and you need assistance on your e-bike, then you have to go to the authorized shop- dealer ( where the e-bike has been bought) and ask to open an assistance ticket.
